The educational sessions and entertaining events will take place at the Galt House Hotel along the mighty Ohio River in Louisville, Kentucky from July 29-August 1, 2010. The Galt House is a world class leader in fine southern cuisine and hospitality.
The convention's primary presentation will examine the history of tea through a photo journey of European and American customs with the use of flow blue and mulberry teapots, tea caddies, and strainers. A once-in-a-lifetime display will feature some of the rarest and most collectable flow blue and mulberry teapots in the world.
Other events include an auction of flow blue and mulberry, a flea market of pieces at bargain prices, table sales of exquisite pieces, and three educational sessions. A pre-conference "field trip" is planned for July 29, 2010. More information will follow on all of these outstanding events.
